Product Description
Our water-filled banner pole systems are designed for large-format vertical advertising displays in temporary and semi-permanent commercial environments.
Each system features a telescopic vertical pole, horizontal rotating arm, connecting components and a single-hole fillable PE base. The base can be filled with water or sand to increase installation weight. The banner is not simply suspended from the top arm: its upper edge is supported by the horizontal arm, while the vertical edge is secured along the main pole for a controlled display structure.
The 3 m and 3.5 m models use painted steel poles with compact bases. The larger 5 m and 7 m models use aluminum alloy poles, reinforced support frames and larger fillable bases.
Custom banner printing can be supplied according to the selected pole height and required artwork. Final compatibility should be confirmed before production.

Materials and Construction
Painted Steel Pole
Used on the 3 m and 3.5 m models. The telescopic sections are adjusted through locking collars.
Aluminum Alloy Pole
Used on the 5 m and 7 m models to support the larger display structure.
ABS Rotating Arm
The horizontal arm connector allows the upper support arm to rotate as the banner moves.
Telescopic Locking Knobs
The locking collars are used to secure the selected pole height.
Fillable PE Base
The base can be filled with water or sand to add installation weight.
Reinforced Support Frame
The 5 m and 7 m models include support legs connecting the pole structure to the large base.
Banner Installation Structure
The banner is installed in two directions:
- The upper edge is supported by the horizontal arm.
- The vertical edge is secured along the main pole using the corresponding attachment points.
This structure is different from a banner that hangs only from the top bar.
